RESTAURANT SHUMEN
Shumen Restaurant has over 400 seats. It has two independent halls that can be linked if necessary. Your holiday will be unforgettable thanks to to the cozy ambiance, delectable cuisine, and outstanding service. The restaurant’s enormous space and architectural elements allow for the organization of various events and arrangements based on the client’s preferences (buffet tables, cocktail tables, banquet tables, theater, movie lounge, P-shaped, T-shaped, round table, etc.).

MEHANA
The tavern has 180 seats and is decorated in traditional Bulgarian style. The tavern’s menu features original dishes from our national cuisine, and the visitors’ good mood is ensured by an orchestra with extensive experience and repertory. The restaurant features an outdoor terrace with a grill, which is ideal for the lovely summer evenings.
The Grand Hotel Shumen Tavern is a suitable place for organizing various festive events: birthdays, anniversaries, christenings, wedding celebrations, proms, cocktails, company parties, etc.
RESTAURANT PANORAMA
The restaurant’s first impression is one of opulence, elegance, and beauty. As a result, the senses experience the great tastes of the tastefully served meal, as well as good perceptions of the spectacular view. There are 80 seats in the restaurant. Professional chefs make sophisticated dishes from both Bulgarian national and foreign cuisine that appeal to the guests’ refined tastes.
Restaurant Panorama at Grand Hotel Shumen received the award for “Gourmet Restaurant of 2011” from the Bulgarian Hotel and Restaurant Association (BHRA). The restaurant received the honor only a year after undergoing a complete renovation.
