Restaurant Shumen has 400 seats. It offers two autonomous halls which, if necessary, can be joined together. Cozy atmosphere, delicious dishes and excellent service will make your holiday unforgettable. The large area and architectural style of the restaurant allow for arrangement by customer’s request (block tables, cocktail tables, banquet tables, theater, cinema saloon, P-shaped, T-shaped, round table, etc.) and organizing various events and meetings.

The restaurant has an open terrace, which is suitable for the wonderful summer evenings.
The tavern of Hotel Shumen is a suitable place for organizing various festive events: birthdays, anniversaries, christening, wedding celebrations, proms, cocktails, company parties, etc.

Restaurant Panorama in Grand Hotel Shumen has 80 seats and the restaurant received the award of the Bulgarian Hotel and Restaurant Association (BHRA) for “Gourmet Restaurant of 2011”. The prize was awarded at an official ceremony held at the Hilton Sofia Hotel. Restaurant “Panorama” took the award only a year after it was thoroughly renovated.
